Leadership Team
Marc van Dongen
With over 3 decades of commercial and general management experience and nearly 20 years in the solar industry, Marc is responsible for customer engagement and passionate about exceeding customer expectations. This has resulted in repeat business with leading solar developers.
Mike McCauley
Mike brings over 25 years of civil and infrastructure experience, which has been instrumental in delivering high quality ground mount solar projects. Mike’s strengths in value engineering, project planning, construction scheduling, and QA/ QC oversight ensure that project delivery meet both regulatory and client requirements.
Sam Valtierrez
Sam is a licensed electrician (over 30 years) and a lifelong coach. As the Director of QA/ QC of a leading solar developer, and driven by process and Continuous Improvement, Sam has built a proven track record with regards to successful cold commissioning, (utility) witness testing and hot commissioning.
